Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.


Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not charge any return handling or restocking fees.

You may:

  • Use your own preferred carrier, or

  • Request us to arrange return shipping on your behalf (the cost will be deducted from your refund)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Sale items are eligible for returns unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
